HB07 = Blast of a Lifetime!!!
What a weekend! Thursday morning our crew of 10 left for an amazing trip to Shuswap Lake for a 4 day Houseboating trip with TwinAnchors. I think my total sleep time was just slightly under 20 hours since Thursday morning (went to sleep at 2am then woke up at 4am!). The weather was GREAT (see picture left) however we ended up with a storm on our last day which stayed with us thru the end. Regardless we still had an amazing time, with way too many stories.
A big thanks to the entire crew (Nat Bailey, Special K, Brooklyn, DJ Eddie One, Asia, J-Lo, T-bone, Eisey, and Ween (did I get everyone's nickname right?)) for dealing with my insanity for the whole trip, and of course a special thanks to Special K (Kim) again for setting the whole trip up. I'll post up a gallery soon with more pictures from the trip, so keep checking back.
For those who haven't gone houseboating, all I can say is I HIGHLY recommend it! Keep in mind you do need to do quite a bit of planning, but it all pays off in the end.
