The Grind
So last night I went up with a few volunteers from my patrol and the CPO to do the Grouse Grind. It was my first time doing it since ... grade 12, but I was able to complete it in exactly 1 hr, which included about 5-10 mins of stops. I'm feeling it a little today, but I'm sure its worth it. Above, a picture from the top, while having a beer with the rest of the crew.
