Mr. Ekko
Well its been a busy new year I guess. Last weekend was the yearly birthday bash, and if you read Jen's Blog then you'll know that it was a bit of a headcase night. I don't remember too much, but I do remember having the brains to walk out of the bar, instead of being thrown out, so that should account for something ;) Thanks again Adam and Natisha for making sure my ars got into bed safely. Trev, sorry for the facefull of water ;) Everyone else who bought me one too many shots... GFY.
This week a few things happen. Volunteering started again which was good to see the guys again and get out on patrol. Petey is no longer with us, as he is travelling the globe for the new few months lucky guy.
Wed marked my first day back in class taking my Intermediate course at Focalpoint. The class is much bigger (about 19 students) and is a mixture of Film and Digital cameras, which should be interesting. The class is a LOT more technical, which should make for a wild 10 weeks. The first class was the basic meet everyone, tell them about yourself, and so on. Next week class is already our field trip to Robson square in the evening, so there will be a lot of low lighting situations. Being told that we can only shoot on manual, ISO100, and daylight WB, will make things extremely interesting!!
Wed also marks the return for Lost and OTH. Of course that means I need to catch up a day later. Lost was by far, another great episode. As soon as Claire mentions to Mr Ekko about the "virgin mary" the look on his face, and connections finally clicked. This is by far the best show on TV!!
Okay, I better get back to work, "ciao for now!"
