Volunteering

Tonight was a good patrol. We've done quite a bit of bike patrols lately, so as of last week, we started doing some foot patrols and using the skytrain. Last week was 29th-Nanaimo, and today was Broadway Commercial. I've never really walked around in this area, (let alone at night time, in the alleyways), so it was a good eye opener. Nothing to crazy happen (which is good I guess), other than a LONG skytrain ride back, since they just happened to close down one side of the station when we got there. So what should of been a 7min ride, ended up being about 40mins in total. Alas, we are in good company, and making fun of Teabags, made up for the wait.

On another note, Sima and John (Nat's sister) started their own blog at oakand12th.blogspot.com. The reading (or writing that of Sima) can get 'interesting' at times, but its still a good read. Safeway still rocks, and I still don't like iStrangle. Time for bed...
