Time to get in shape!
 | Well its that time again. I took my bike (mountain bike) on the weekend to get serviced at Caps. I picked it up today, and ended up getting a new helmet at the same time. My last helmet is about 5+ years old, and after that long, they are just not as good. I got a Louis Garneau - Gladiator helmet. Its amazing how much they have changed since I last bought a helmet. Pricing, weight, size, features. Its insane!
