LOTR Trilogy & Return of the King
Well I just got home. I've been at silvercity since 9:30am. Waited outside in the rain till 11:30am till we were allowed in. Fellowship of the Ring Extended was first, followed by a 45min break, then Two Towers Extended, another 45 min break, then finally Return of the King. Luckly, we met with 2 sisters from the states, who drove up just to watch the movie, since it was sold out in Seattle. Having people to chat with wastes time standing in the rain.
I fell asleep a few times during the first 2 movies, but I was awake 100% for ROTK. What a amazing movie. Truely worth it to see the big screen. By far, the best out of all 3 parts. Now I can't wait for the extended! I think I may have to go and watch ROTK one more time however. Too good not to see in the theatres again.
We were lucky enough to also get some limited edition film collectibles for attending the trilogy showing. 3 actual film frames, one from each movie, in a cool stand.
