C-Media Dolby Digital 5.1 PCI 3D 6-Channel Sound Card
| So I picked up some good deals on ebay about a month ago. I picked up a usb2bluetooth key, a usb2irda key, and also a new sound card. Its nothing superb compared to the good stuff that soundblaster makes, but its deadly better than my old school' SoundBlaster 64AWE. Yes till this day I've still been running that card. Yes it is a ISA card. Its gone now!
The c-media has outputs for front/rear/cen/sub, but i'm only using the 2 fronts for now (which go out to my sony amp). Already I can notice a big difference. The sound is hella clear, and more crisp. Stereo sound sounds much better now as well. |
