Vacation
Today I started my week vacation from work, that I booked off in Feb. Being 3 years, since I last went skiing (ie: before my accident), I think my back has gotten better, and was going to restart this wicked sport. I went out, and bought new ski gear from MEC (jacket/pants), and also got some new Salomon Boots. Yesterday I got my ski's waxed, and sharpened. Today was the day I was first going up.
Today also happens to be a day of HIGH winds, that knocked out the power at Cypress Mountain, ie: mountain closed for the day, and Mount Seymour is also closed due to High Winds. Hopefully, it'll die down later on, so I can actually go today. How annoying...
