Hmmm... so this weekend is looking pretty good. My rotation at work for this week has me with friday/sat off. Then I get sunday/monday off (for holiday). Then my next week rotation has tues/wed off! So I'm off pretty much for a week!! So I'll be spending most of the time in Toronto, I'll be heading down on Friday with Nat, and my mom/dad. We'll finally see what the T.dot had to offer.
On another note, I got bored with my mouse and keyboard. Yeah I know, I just got that Logitech keyboard, and its nice and all, but with all the cordless stuff out these days, we'll... time to upgrade. So I pulled another one on Futureshop today. Well I pulled about 50% of it so far. I took back my mouse and keyboard and told them I got it as a gift, and wanted to exchange it for Logitech's new Cordless Freedom Optical Combo.
 | At first the girl who helped me out, said no problem, go and get the other keyboard, and we'll exchange it. But when I found out they haven't received it yet (non have) I went back, but this time the Customer Service Manager was there. She started to be a real prick, and was diggin thru my history of items I've bought, and this and that. Oh well, I let her waste her time doing that. And in the end, instead of telling me to bring the items back when the keyboard come in, she took them back, and gave me a instore credit. Oh well works for me. I ended up loosing about $15 on the cost of the mouse (I bought it over a year ago, so that work for me), and the keyboard, I made $30 bucks on, because I bought it from Staples for $20 bucks (and a old keyboard). Hehehe... what makes the deal even better, is I noticed that this other store sells the keyboard package for $129, and futureshop sells it for $149, so I'll get not only the difference, but 5% extra of the difference, and my $75 instore credit... ahh life is good, can't wait till it comes in... |
